IJN Law is led by Jinnah Ghulam a Solicitor and Director of the firm. He has over 15 years of experience in Immigration Law and is a UK qualified solicitor.

Jinnah has extensive legal knowledge in all aspects of Immigration, Asylum and Citizenship law. He has previously worked at multiple legal 500 firms including with some of the largest legal aid providers in the UK.

Jinnah has valuable experience in advising both businesses and individuals having obtained sponsorship licenses for sports team, small to medium sized businesses and even managed a leading UK University sponsorship license when the PBS was first introduced into UK law. He also has a specialism in family based applications including those based on human rights from initial instructions through to case completions.

Through his many years of experience, Jinnah has built a large following and has a reputation for being diligent in his assessment of the law and applying practical solutions.
